And I officially have the cold from hell.I felt ok last week. Not wonderful, but ok. I stupidly thought that the cold was going away.
It didn't.
It was just massing for another attack, apparently.
I'm tired of this crap, as you can imagine. It's also completely put me out of the mood to blather, so don't expect much from me until I can actually breathe again.

I'm going to tell you what I told Rachel from fourcorners who is sick constantly. Get Sambucol. It saved my life during radiation and I still take it for preventive as my immune system is not up to par. It comes from the elderberry and even tastes good. It has to say extract. When all around me were sick with colds or flu, I got nothing. in fact you just reminded me to take some this weekend because I have a teeth cleaning (oh god, I hate that word) and I don't want to catch whatever they've all got at the dentist.
